Provide a working title for your presentation.
What is your presentation about? Why should people attend your session? What will they take away from it – or what will they gain by attending?

What level is your presentation aimed at? Is it primarily AI experts who will benefit from your talk, or will beginners get the most out of it? From our evaluations in 2024, several attendees mentioned that they would appreciate knowing the level of the presentation in advance, so they don't end up attending if the topic is too easy or too difficult to understand.

How to apply

Fill out the application form below and receive a confirmation. We review applications continuously based on relevance, innovation, and quality. A clear description increases your chances, and a video submission can provide an extra boost.

Application deadline: June 2025. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Honorarium: Travel expenses and honorarium will be agreed upon based on qualifications.
